Staying <strong>focused<\/strong> in class is the most effective way to maintain <em>consistently good grades<\/em> because the student will not have to cram at the last minute, scrambling for all the notes and information they missed while dozing off.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While it may appear impossible to stay motivated in the classroom due to the buzzing phone or silly friends, our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrssam.ca\/vancouver\/vancouver\/\"><strong>Vancouver Tutors<\/strong><\/a> have developed some helpful ways to ensure the <em>best possible work.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First and foremost, turn off the phone. <strong>Multitasking<\/strong> is a <em>difficult skill to master<\/em>, especially in school. If the idea makes them nervous, start small and gradually add another until they feel <em>comfortable, proud, and participating.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rona Kornan, a grade school teacher, can always tell the difference between students who <em>enjoy participating<\/em> and those who are not paying <strong>attention<\/strong>; however, not all students enjoy <em>raising their hands<\/em> in class. She says, \u201csome of the brightest students I know will freeze if I call on them because they are nervous. Other students, on the other hand, clearly are <em>not paying attention<\/em> and perform poorly on tests and schoolwork. I&#8217;m sure they could master the ability with a bit of <strong>motivation<\/strong> <strong>and consistent work<\/strong> to stay <em>focused<\/em>.
